Looking for Good Meals for GERD? When you suffer with GERD, IBS, Gastritis and a sensitive stomach, it can be really difficult to find things to eat. We often fall into a routine of eating the same couple of meals every day, because we know they don’t irritate our stomach too much. Sifting through recipes and trying to narrow down suitable meals for our diet can be overwhelming with so many trigger foods popping up throughout the countless recipes.

I have been branching out to find what to eat for Gerd, while also trying to incorporate more variety and flavour. I’ve been doing my research from “what not to eat for GERD”, “what foods are best for acid reflux” and “the best meals for GERD”.

Here is a day of meals that may work for you! I’ve tried to stick to “Easy Meals for Acid Reflux” with not too many ingredients. And I’ve stuck to “stomach-friendly” ingredients. So if you’re at a loss and asking yourself “what to eat for GERD”, maybe try these out! Expanding your diet for GERD and Ulcers / stomach problems can be so difficult but I hope this helps!

If you try these, let me know how you get on!

Tips for a good night’s sleep with Anxiety. I bet this is something you’ve googled a few times! Anyone with anxiety will know that going through intense periods of anxiety will have a pretty crappy effect on your sleep cycle. It will be tough to fall asleep and tough to have a “good” night’s sleep. You might lie there until 3 am tossing and turning, mind racing and muscles getting ever-so-tenser as the minutes tick by. When you finally do get some sleep, you wake feeling as if you never slept in the first place. Being tired the next day is only going to raise anxiety and stress levels further – a vicious never-ending cycle. Except maybe with these tips for getting a good night’s sleep with anxiety, the cycle can break.

It’s easy to forget what’s important. Staying in the moment can be the hardest thing in the world. Keeping out the distractions or the shit aspects of every day life can really start weighing you down and effect your daily happiness. If like me you have not grasped the concept of “compartmentalizing”, sometimes just a little reminder of your importance can be enough to pull you back into the present moment. I’ve made a list of 10 quotes that make me feel stronger and improve my mental health:

I have anxiety. I have a serious health anxiety disorder, a severe general anxiety disorder and also a mild social anxiety disorder. I’ve had moderate anxiety since I was a child and when I was 20 it blew up into a serious condition that affects almost every day of my life.
