So we moved into our new houseeeeee. We got a place in Connemara and absolutely love it. We spent our first weekend unpacking, buying essentials and having a look around the area.

On Christmas morning I opened a letter from Eoghan saying we were going glamping in Killarney. I have literally been been plaguing him ever since, “when are we going to Killarney?”. Last weekend, it was finally time. Although I waited over half a year, it was so worth the wait.
Glamping at the Grove Killarney aims to provide couples with a unique, romantic holiday; placing a huge significance on privacy and comfort. It’s couples only and located just outside Killarney in Co.Kerry.
r moreFinally did the Cuilcagh boardwalk!! Me and my friends have been planning to do this trail the last two years. For those of you who don’t know, the Cuilcagh mountain boardwalk trail is basically one of those things you have to do if you live in Ireland. It’s a trail that brings you right to the summit of the mountain, on a wooden boardwalk ; taking you through a stunning 7.5km of wide open landscape to get there. The view from the top is amazing, well worth the strenuous climb.
Ireland is two weeks into a heatwave. Hadn’t seen Eoghan in a couple of weeks, so with him coming for a visit, we wanted to make the most of the good weather. We went to Glendalough. We’d been before but it was overcast and cool, so we wanted to experience it in the sun. It was packed. The temperature was soaring but I think it was a good call, walking through the woods, you’re in and out of the shade so you don’t roast!
